Showroom Wong Amat Tower is a temporary exhibition building designed by the architect Mario Kleff. The building has a height of over 27 meter. The fundamental concept for this project is to present sea-view units that are at the same height and position as in the 38-story Wong Amat Tower, built later.
In 2008 it was the first temporary free standing showroom building in Pattaya that extended beyond the given 9 meter limit. The entire design and construction period including landscape and interior was one year and four months. The structure was removed after one year when the construction work on Wong Amat Tower started.
The building is a steel structure with concrete planks and reinforced concrete deck. Access to the 3 apartments and the sales office over a glass skin 8 person passenger elevator. Above the highest floor is a terrace to offer great views over the beach of Pattaya.
