Park Royal 3 is a residential condominium development located in the Pratumnak area of Pattaya. The project was designed by Mario Kleff, developed by Heights Holdings, and completed in March 2012.
The development comprises two eight-storey buildings with a total of 140 residential units. It is situated approximately 400 metres from the coastline, providing proximity to Jomtien and South Pattaya beach areas.
Design and Architectural Character
The architectural composition follows a modernist approach, incorporating exposed concrete surfaces and a limited material palette. The façades are organised through linear elements and repetitive structural patterns, with layouts based on functional planning and efficient use of space.
Construction and Execution
Construction was carried out by Wandeegroup (Thailand) Co., Ltd. under the architectural supervision of Kleff. A showroom building, also designed by Kleff and executed by Wandeegroup, was developed as part of the project.
Programme and Amenities
The development includes a swimming pool, fitness facilities, and building security systems. These elements are integrated within the overall site layout.
Project Context
Park Royal 3 represents a mid-scale residential development applying modernist design principles within the Pattaya context, with emphasis on material consistency and functional planning.
