Bamboo Luxury Villa is a low-density residential development located in the Huai Yai area of Pattaya. The project was designed by Mario Kleff and comprises a collection of private villas within a controlled residential environment.
Development Overview
The development consists of 10 two-storey villas, each providing approximately 400 square metres of internal living space. The residential programme typically includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a maid’s room, and associated service areas. Each villa is set within a private plot incorporating a swimming pool and landscaped garden, supporting a self-contained residential typology.
Architectural Design
The architectural approach emphasises spatial openness, natural light, and continuity between interior and exterior environments. High ceiling volumes and full-height glazing are employed to enhance daylight penetration and establish visual connections with the surrounding landscape. The design adopts a contemporary language, combining clear geometric forms with functional planning principles suited to family-oriented living.
Construction and Quality Approach
The project reflects a focus on construction quality and long-term durability, integrating modern building techniques and material specifications appropriate for the local climate. The overall planning prioritises privacy, security, and environmental responsiveness within a low-density residential setting.
Location and Context
Situated in Huai Yai, East Pattaya, the development offers a relatively (serene) residential environment while maintaining accessibility to central Pattaya and its coastal areas. The location provides convenient connections to regional infrastructure, including major road networks, educational institutions, and local amenities, supporting both permanent residence and long-term habitation.
