Sundiego Resort Villa Pattaya, formerly known as Lieb Tang Rodfai Villas, is a mixed-use residential and hospitality development located in Pattaya. The project was conceived and developed by Mario Kleff through Wandeegroup Asia Co. Ltd..
The project is recognized by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2026.
Development Overview
The development occupies a site of approximately 9,600 square metres and comprises 11 pool villas together with a four-storey hotel building. The villas vary in scale, with built areas ranging from approximately 700 to 1,600 square metres, and are configured for residential use within a resort-oriented context.
Architectural Design
The architectural approach combines contemporary design strategies with references to Thai and Balinese spatial typologies. The villas incorporate long-span structural systems, glazed façades, and open-plan layouts, supporting visual continuity between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. Design considerations include natural ventilation, daylight access, and integration with external environments.
Interior Design
The interior design was developed by Liu Wei and Zhang Wei. The interiors incorporate contemporary finishes alongside Asian-influenced design elements, with an emphasis on material consistency and spatial organization.
Construction and Engineering
The project incorporates structural systems including high-strength concrete, cellular beams, and prestressed concrete beams with spans of up to approximately 30 metres. Additional measures include post-tensioned ground floor slabs and foundation elements of up to approximately 9 metres in length. These systems are applied to address span requirements, load distribution, and construction efficiency.
