Sundiego Resort Villa Pattaya, formerly known as Lieb Tang Rodfai Villas, is a residential development located in Pattaya, Thailand. The project was conceptualized and developed by architect Mario Kleff through his company, Wandeegroup Asia Co. Ltd.
Development Overview:
Situated on a 9,600 m² plot, Sundiego Resort Villa Pattaya comprises 11 luxury pool villas and a four-story hotel. The villas vary in size, ranging from 700 to 1,600 m², and are designed with modern aesthetics while emphasizing functionality and luxury.
Architectural Design:
Mario Kleff's design integrates contemporary architectural elements with traditional Thai-Bali motifs. The villas feature long-span beams, expansive glass facades, and open spaces, promoting a harmonious connection between the interior and surrounding environment.
Interior Design:
The interior design of Sundiego Resort Villa Pattaya (formerly Lieb Tang Rodfai Villas) was developed by Chinese investors Liu Wei and Zhang Wei, who played a key role in crafting the project's aesthetic vision. The design blends modern luxury with traditional Asian influences, ensuring a balance of comfort and elegance throughout the villas.
Construction and Engineering:
The construction of the villas employed advanced structural engineering techniques, including ultra-high-strength concrete, cellular beam, up to 30-meter-long prestressed concrete beams, post-tensioned ground floor slabs, and 9-meter-long post-tensioned footings. These methods ensure superior load-bearing capacity and structural resilience, contributing to the long-term durability of the development.
