Laguna Heights Condominium is an eight-storey residential development located in the Na Kluea area of Pattaya. The project was designed by Mario Kleff and developed by Heights Holdings.
Architectural Design
The building is designed within a contemporary architectural framework, characterised by linear geometry and a restrained material palette. Glazing is applied extensively across the façade to support daylight access and visual connection with the surrounding coastal environment. The composition integrates transparent and solid elements within a consistent structural layout.
Construction
The development was constructed by Wandeegroup and completed in 2010. The project comprises approximately 10,000 square metres of built area and includes 76 residential units.
Programme and Amenities
The development includes a reception lobby, landscaped areas, and a rooftop space with views towards the Gulf of Thailand. Additional facilities include lifts, a fitness room, parking areas, controlled access systems, and building services infrastructure. Residential units are primarily configured as two- and three-bedroom layouts.
Location and Context
Laguna Heights is situated approximately 80 metres from Wong Amat Beach and is located near local landmarks including Sanctuary of Truth and Terminal 21 Pattaya. The development forms part of a broader group of mid-rise residential projects within Pattaya’s northern coastal area.
