Laguna Heights Condominium is an eight-storey residential development located in the Na Kluea area of Pattaya. The project was designed by Mario Kleff and developed by Heights Holdings.
Architectural Design
The building is conceived within a contemporary architectural framework, characterised by clean linear geometry and a restrained material palette. Extensive glazing is employed across the façade to maximise natural daylight penetration and to establish visual connections with the surrounding coastal context. The composition balances transparency with structural clarity, contributing to a coherent and modern residential expression.
Construction
The development was constructed by Wandeegroup and completed in 2010. The project comprises approximately 10,000 square metres of built area and includes a total of 76 residential units.
Programme and Amenities
The development incorporates a range of residential amenities, including a reception lobby, landscaped garden areas, and a rooftop environment offering views towards the Gulf of Thailand. Additional facilities include two high-speed lifts, a fitness centre, underground parking, controlled access systems, 24-hour security, and wireless connectivity. Residential units are configured primarily as two- and three-bedroom layouts and are specified to international standards.
Location and Context
Laguna Heights is situated approximately 80 metres from Wong Amat Beach and is located within proximity to key local landmarks, including Sanctuary of Truth and Terminal 21 Pattaya. The development forms part of a broader pattern of mid-rise residential projects contributing to the ongoing urban development of Pattaya’s northern coastal zone.
