Majestic Residence Signature Villa is a private residential project located on Phra Tamnak Hill in Pattaya. The villa was designed by Mario Kleff and represents a contemporary example of structurally expressive residential design.
The project received the Architecture Single Residence Thailand award at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2024, recognising its architectural design and engineering approach.
Construction and Structural Concept
The villa was constructed by Wandeegroup Asia Co. Ltd. and completed in 2022. The structural system incorporates steel elements, including a cellular beam spanning approximately 48 metres between primary supports. A cantilevered steel box girder of approximately 19 metres forms the upper-level (penthouse) structure, addressing load transfer and structural stability requirements.
Architectural and Engineering Characteristics
The project integrates long-span structural elements within the architectural design, enabling unobstructed interior spaces and increased spatial continuity. Structural components are expressed as part of the architectural language, reflecting an approach in which engineering systems are visibly integrated into the overall design.
