Majestic Residence Signature Villa is a private residential project located on Phra Tamnak Hill in Pattaya. The villa was designed by Mario Kleff and represents a contemporary example of structurally expressive residential architecture.
The project received the Architecture Single Residence Thailand award at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2024, recognising its architectural design and engineering innovation.
Construction and Structural Concept
The villa was constructed by Wandeegroup Asia Co. Ltd. and completed in 2022. Its structural system integrates advanced steel engineering solutions, including a cellular beam spanning approximately 48 metres between primary supports. In addition, a cantilevered steel box girder of approximately 19 metres forms the upper-level (penthouse) structure, demonstrating a high level of structural precision and load distribution control.
Architectural and Engineering Character
The project is defined by the integration of long-span structural elements with a clear architectural expression, allowing for large, unobstructed interior spaces and a high degree of spatial openness. The exposed structural strategy reflects a deliberate emphasis on engineering as a central component of the architectural language, aligning with contemporary approaches to expressive structural design.
