Objectives of the project after the reduction of Regional Councilors from 70 to 50:
1. Distinguish the areas assigned to the Majority and the Opposition.
2. Place all the protagonists of the council sessions of the Regional Assembly at the same level, but distinguish the areas assigned to the Councilors from those for the public and accredited journalists.
3. Move to the same level of the chamber the seats for the public, initially planned in the gallery, to facilitate different activities or supplementary to institutional ones.
4. Carve out an adequate number of seats for classroom staff.
To achieve these results, an oval amphitheater was designed inscribed in the existing classroom. The geometry of the new figure, divided into radial tiered sectors, recomposed and ordered the seats for the Assembly Presidency and the Regional Council, the public and the Regional Councilors of majority and opposition. The outer profile of the sectors, detached from the perimeter of the chamber by a bulkhead-balustrade, protects the bleachers enclosed in the annular deambulatory.
