Forum Cuernavaca is a 55,000-m2 outdoor lifestyle fashion/outlet hybrid center located an hour south of Mexico City. In addition to retail and entertainment offerings, the project has been planned to accommodate future residential and hospitality uses. The site features existing steel and concrete buildings formerly used as a garment factory. The design incorporates these buildings by cutting open-air paseos through them to create a series of interconnected outdoor shopping areas. A below grade parking structure with room for 2,000 cars provides ample and convenient parking for the project.
The project is the recipient of a 2018 ICSC Latin American Award for Design and Development Excellence.
