Responding to a demand for creative office space in downtown San Mateo, 333 B Street was repositioned as Class A mixed-use offices and retail. The addition of a third floor provided needed square footage and the high ceiling heights desired by today’s tenants.
The exterior remodel of this 27,367 sf building features balconies on the second and third floors, a projecting canopy over the sidewalk, and a green wall at pedestrian level – all of which add to the street appeal as well as functioning as tenant amenities. The renovation included a building system upgrade and structural upgrade. The scale and rhythm of the building complement San Mateo’s
downtown look and feel, creating a building that will be an asset to San Mateo for years to come.
