Rize Industrial Park
Rize Industrial Park is a concept for a new industrial campus outside Guadalajara, developed for TTG. FORMM rethinks the conventional park entrance as a landscaped compound and corporate hub, pairing efficient warehouses with generous shared spaces for workers. A budget-conscious material and structural strategy maximizes architectural impact while controlling cost. Extensive planting helps filter dust from truck traffic, offsets site disturbance, and creates more comfortable outdoor areas, supporting both operational efficiency and everyday wellbeing.
