DS Residence
DS Residence is a four-bedroom home in northern Mérida designed to balance openness with privacy across a generous site. The ground level connects the main living spaces, office, gardens, pool, and outdoor lounge, while family areas are set apart on the upper floor. Independently controlled motorized façade panels regulate daylight and solar exposure, allowing each room to create its own level of shade and privacy. A restrained palette of refined materials reinforces the residence’s contemporary and luxurious character.
