Landmark Altabrisa is a proposed 32-story mixed-use tower in Mérida, Yucatán. The concept brings residential, commercial, hospitality, dining, and entertainment programs together around a large publicly accessible park. A parametric exterior structure reduces the need for interior columns, opens the floor plates, and draws daylight deeper into the building. The tower’s rotating form responds to prevailing winds and limits solar exposure, balancing environmental performance with a distinctive urban identity.
