Arteaga Cabin
Arteaga Cabin is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional weekend forest retreat in Arteaga, Coahuila. The three-bedroom house presents a private, restrained elevation toward the nearby road and opens fully to the woodland beyond. An upper-level mezzanine lifts the main bedroom above the social area, creating a dramatic double-height window that brings the forest into the interior. Carefully positioned rooms, changes in height, and transitional spaces maintain an open flow while ensuring that every part of the cabin has a direct relationship with nature.
