Olivia 58 is a three-bedroom residence in northeast Mérida designed around generous spaces, high ceilings, privacy, and openness. A translucent brick screen creates a dynamic façade while providing a secondary layer of solar protection. Local natural materials and recurring textures give the house a calm, cohesive character, complemented by integrated gardens and carefully placed lighting. Most of the program remains on one level for accessibility, while the infrastructure is prepared for solar panels and rainwater collection.
