Dzitya Townhouses is a 16-home residential development in northern Mérida that integrates contemporary living with the site’s natural setting. A parametric double façade formed from precast cement elements filters sunlight at changing angles, ventilates the balconies, and gives each home a distinct expression. Indoor-outdoor showers, planted terraces, local materials, and carefully positioned lighting extend the connection to landscape throughout the project. The compact design uses its 3,000-square-meter site efficiently while preserving space for mature trees and shared greenery.
