Dubai Concept Home proposes a contemporary model for Emirati family life, balancing openness with the privacy expected of a traditional Arab home. Designed on a compact 15-by-20-meter site, the three-bedroom residence uses a 3D-printed concrete framework made from local sand and aggregates. An organic palm-fiber lattice façade filters views, reflects solar heat, and creates an insulating air layer while admitting daylight. The program combines interior gardens, generous family spaces, a majlis, study, service rooms, and a private backyard in a house that can be locally produced in different environments.
