Le Boisé is a signature residential project located at the base of the Owl's Head ski slopes, seamlessly integrated into the mountain, the forest, and the views over Lake Memphrémagog. Conceived as a human-scaled mini-village across four phases for a total of 40 units, the project prioritizes a sensitive site plan that preserves the tree canopy, celebrates the natural topography, and offers a true ski-in / ski-out experience.
The architectural composition draws from a simple and recognizable morphology, inspired by the long barns typical of the Potton landscape and gabled mountain architecture. The volumes, deliberately restrained and fragmented, create a neighbourly dynamic that reinforces the identity of the mini-village. Parking is discreetly integrated into the topography, giving way to pedestrian pathways, four-season trails, and gathering spaces.
The units offer generous, light-filled living spaces open to nature. Large windows frame views of the mountain, the forest, and the lake, while interiors rely on the warmth of wood and durable materials. Each unit is designed without standardized finishes, preserving a unique and authentic signature specific to Owl's Head.
Our goal was to create a project rooted in its territory, where architecture, landscape, and quality of life come together naturally.
