Sitting on the highest point of its precinct, this residence redefines modern living through a bold inversion of traditional spatial arrangements, maximising its unique location and breathtaking views. Service spaces are positioned at the front, facing the road, while living areas and bedrooms are reoriented to the rear, overlooking lush sloping greens and public gardens. This innovative approach enhances privacy while forging a seamless connection between the home and its natural surroundings, creating a tranquil sanctuary that feels both expansive and intimately linked to nature.
Light, space, and texture are meticulously orchestrated to shape an immersive living environment. Double-height communal areas, bathed in daylight from strategically placed skylights and tall windows, create a dynamic interplay of illumination and shadow that evolves throughout the day. A soft, neutral palette, complemented by thoughtfully curated greenery, enhances the seamless integration of architecture with nature. In the bathrooms, striking emerald tiles bring a refined opulence, their deep, jewel-like tones echoing the lush landscape beyond.
The exterior and interiors work in harmony to frame breathtaking vistas while maintaining a sense of warmth and sophistication. A striking curtain wall facade dissolves the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, transforming views into living artworks.
