Clover Villas is a multi-unit landed residential development by Create Architecture, located along Lorong 108 Changi. Conceived as a cohesive collection of terrace homes, the development takes a measured approach to landed living, balancing density, privacy and openness within a compact urban site.
The architecture is defined by layered volumes, recessed planes and a restrained material palette, giving the façades depth while allowing light and ventilation to penetrate the homes. Rather than relying on a singular architectural gesture, subtle variations in proportion, rhythm and greenery create distinction between individual residences while maintaining a unified identity across the development.
Spatial planning prioritises practical family living, with communal and private areas carefully arranged across the homes. Terraces, landscaped pockets and generous openings establish connections between interior and exterior spaces, while operable windows support natural ventilation and the tropical climate.
Material choices reinforce the project's understated character, combining porcelain finishes, aluminium-framed glazing, textured wall treatments and durable exterior finishes. The result is a contemporary interpretation of landed housing that is composed, functional and responsive to its surroundings.
Within the development, Attap Recast forms one of four residences, taking a more personal approach to the idea of home by carrying elements and memories from an earlier dwelling into its new setting. This individual narrative adds another layer to Clover Villas, where a shared architectural language accommodates distinct expressions of family life.
