The building located at 5-7 rue d'Héliopolis in the 17th arrondissement of Paris will soon be available for its future occupants, the Webhelp company, which will establish its headquarters there, and Colonies, the shared housing specialist.
The project is a perfect reflection of Franklin Azzi Architecture, Assembly and Mark's DNA: the creation of mixed-use urban buildings through the conversion of existing infrastructures in a resolutely low-carbon approach, as places for new uses and concepts.
The objectives of this restructuration are to open the building to the city and to mix the programs.
On the ground floor, now on the same level as the street, a generously glazed activity base is accessible to all and offers work, wellness and fitness spaces, as well as a conciergerie. The new covered and tree-lined patio becomes the crossroads of these uses. It will host a digital artwork by Hicham Berrada entitled Présages.
On the upper floors, the office spaces are open, flexible and reversible.
On the 6th and 7th floors, the extension offers to users arborous terraces, and new spaces of life and informal work. Premium positioning, creation of noble spaces lit by daylight, and optimization of flows are the key words of the project.
Located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, the nearly 8,500 m2 site is a precursor to new uses and has achieved excellent energy performance (NF Habitat HQE Excellent level, BREEAM NC 2016 Very Good level, Wiredscore Silver level, Plan Climat Paris).
