In April 2022, the agency delivered Toko, a patrimonial refurbishment project in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
The objectives of this rehabilitation are to open the building on the city and to combine multiple programs.
On the ground floor, now on the same level as the street, a generously glazed activity center is accessible to all and offers workspaces, wellness and fitness areas, as well as a concierge service. The new covered and tree-filled patio becomes the crossroads of these uses. It welcomes Présages, a digital artwork by the artist Hicham Berrada.
On the upper floors, the office spaces are open, flexible and reversible. On the sixth and seventh floors, the entirely glazed extensions offer users tree-lined terraces as well as new living and informal working environments.
In this dynamic and ever-changing district, the 91500 sq ft. site prefigures new uses with the creation of noble spaces lit by daylight and the optimization of flows.
The project foreshadows excellent energy performance (NF Habitat HQE Excellent level, BREEAM NC 2016 Very Good level, Wiredscore Silver level, Plan Climat Paris).
