HABI NG LUNTIAN AT KAYUMANGGI
(Woven in Green and Brown)
Inspired by Lumban, Laguna’s weaving tradition, the building features a rhythmic, curved façade in lush greens and warm earth tones. Perched on a steep slope overlooking Laguna de Bay, it opens up to light, air, and stunning views.
As an adaptive reuse, it brings fresh tropical character to the existing structure. The ground floor houses a Filipino restaurant, the second level offers flexible leasable spaces, and the lower ground levels accommodate the admin office, commissary, and the owner’s private residence, creating a layered destination where everyday life and culture are beautifully woven together.
