Inspired by brand pride, ICADVietnam has created a breakthrough office space for NTQ Solution, enhancing its brand identity and unique corporate culture.

Breakout Space – A Comfortable and Open Environment

The Breakout Space features an open layout with modular seating and low tables for convenience. The main colors, blue and white, create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Recessed LED lighting combined with indirect lighting makes the space feel calm and relaxing.

Key decorative elements include a Timeline Wall showcasing the company’s journey and an award display area with open shelves and soft lighting to highlight NTQ Solution’s achievements. Green plants are placed strategically to add freshness and a natural connection to the office.

Seating options include long sofas, single chairs, and bench seating around greenery, accommodating both individual work and small group discussions. Despite being an open space, the furniture layout ensures privacy and noise reduction. Additionally, this area features power outlets and work-friendly tables, supporting technology use.

Pantry – A Smart and Functional Design

The Pantry is designed with a modern, minimalist kitchen setup, fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and storage shelves. The seating area includes colorful stools, creating a relaxed and comfortable vibe.

Located in a convenient spot, the Pantry is easily accessible from all work areas, allowing employees to take a break without disrupting work.

Optimized 750m² Office Layout

The 750m² NTQ Solution office is designed to enhance the work experience, ensuring comfort and flexibility for employees.

The open workspace eliminates rigid partitions, promoting collaboration among teams. Green plants are integrated throughout the office, bringing a sense of nature into the work environment.

One of the standout features is a long whiteboard wall, enabling teams to brainstorm, exchange ideas, and collaborate directly within the workspace.

Functional and High-Tech Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms are equipped with large screens and flexible whiteboards, making presentations and discussions more interactive. Integrated video conferencing systems support effective remote meetings.
