The MISA office executive floor, designed by ICADVietnam, represents the vision of a top-10 technology company in Vietnam that has consistently led the industry for many years. This project goes beyond a standard workplace: it combines community, creativity, and flexibility while expressing MISA’s mission to reach global markets.
Reception Area – Professional and Prestigious
The reception of the MISA office welcomes visitors with a modern and elegant atmosphere. Surrounded by large glass partitions, the space is flooded with natural light, creating a sense of openness. Light-colored stone flooring and a sophisticated ceiling lighting system enhance the premium feel.
The reception desk, with its angular design and white tones accented by LED borders, immediately captures attention. Behind the desk, the MISA logo and slogan “Trust – Utility – Dedication” highlight the company’s core values. A waiting area with creatively curved seating ensures comfort, while a world map wall with key location markers underscores MISA’s global ambitions.
Technology is also seamlessly integrated with digital display screens providing real-time updates about the company. Pendant lighting, mixing warm and cool tones, adds both professionalism and warmth to the environment.
Pantry and Relaxation Spaces – Dynamic and Social
The pantry adopts a vibrant yellow palette, energizing the workplace. A long bar counter with modern high stools serves as a hub for staff interaction. The ceiling design with soft, flowing forms, combined with decorative pendant lights, adds a creative touch.
Adjacent to the pantry, the relaxation area offers diverse seating options in multiple colors and styles, creating a friendly and casual atmosphere. Open bookshelves encourage a culture of reading and knowledge sharing, fostering creativity and collaboration among employees.
Open Workspace – Flexible and Collaborative
The main working area follows an open-plan layout that encourages teamwork while maintaining personal space. Ergonomic chairs and thoughtfully arranged desks ensure comfort and efficiency.
A standout feature is the curved wooden partition combined with greenery, which divides areas organically while bringing employees closer to nature. The exposed ceiling with visible mechanical systems, paired with modern industrial-style lighting, balances raw aesthetics with refinement.
