The iMedia Office is a modern workspace designed by ICADVietnam for iMedia, a fast-growing media and technology company. From the very beginning, iMedia’s leadership emphasized youthfulness, dynamism, and creativity as the top design priorities. The result is a vibrant office environment that inspires innovation, fosters collaboration, and reflects the brand’s forward-thinking culture.
Reception Area
The entrance to the iMedia Office is sleek and professional, making a strong first impression. The main feature wall highlights the iMedia logo in vibrant blue, orange, and purple tones, paired with the slogan “values in your hand.” Strategic lighting effects make the brand identity stand out immediately.
Collaborative Space
The Collaborative Space is designed for quick discussions, casual conversations, or short breaks. Surrounded by greenery and long bench seating, this area provides employees with a refreshing and comfortable spot to relax or connect with colleagues.
Working Area
The Working Area of the iMedia Office is open, airy, and thoughtfully arranged. Desks are organized in clusters, separated by low storage partitions with built-in greenery. This design ensures privacy while maintaining an open and collaborative atmosphere. Ergonomic chairs provide comfort, supporting long hours of productive work.
Pantry
The office pantry is located on the right side of the workspace, offering employees a well-equipped area for coffee breaks and quick refreshments. With smart cabinetry, a sink, water purifier, and a large refrigerator, the pantry meets the daily needs of employees while adding comfort to the office.
Director Room
The Director’s Room combines modern design with distinctive details. Glass walls maximize natural light and openness, while frosted patterns create privacy without blocking connectivity.
A bold blue sofa defines the guest seating area, adding a youthful and welcoming atmosphere for meetings. A standout detail is the artistic mural of a circuit tree, symbolizing creativity, technology, and sustainable growth—values central to the iMedia Office design.
Meeting Room
The Meeting Room is designed with simplicity and professionalism in mind. A large table with a wood-and-glass surface sets the stage for effective group discussions.
The feature wall displays a world map created from technology icons, highlighting iMedia’s global vision. Complementary artworks of iconic architectural landmarks add inspiration and creativity to the space.
