INTERBOS OFFICE
Interbos Office in Hanoi is one of the signature projects that showcases the refined design mindset and strong construction capability of the ICADVietnam team. With a total area of 700 sqm, located on the 6th floor of a Grade B office building, the project not only reflects a modern aesthetic but also delivers an efficient, professional, and inspiring working environment for employees.
Completed in an impressive 28 days, the project demonstrates ICADVietnam’s ability to execute projects quickly, efficiently, and with high quality.
1. Reception Area
The Reception Area is considered the face of the Interbos office. A neutral palette of white and wood tones is intentionally used to highlight the Höff brand logo in blue, strengthening brand recognition from the moment clients, partners, or employees enter the office.
The Waiting Area stands out with a specially designed water-drop–shaped display shelf, symbolizing the abundant energy that Höff products bring to consumers. The harmonious combination of brown, cream, and gray tones, together with wood wall finishes, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for short consultations between staff and clients.
2. Working Area
Given the characteristics of a townhouse layout with multiple partitions, ICADVietnam’s architects prioritized spaciousness and comfort for the Working Area, minimizing any sense of confinement and enhancing convenience for employees.
The use of green walls, white ceilings, and large windows to maximize natural light is a typical interior design approach that helps create an airy and open feeling in narrow or limited spaces.
Wall decor follows a minimalist and gentle style, yet remains visually engaging enough to stimulate positive energy and productivity among staff.
3. Meeting Rooms
The Interbos office features two meeting rooms, allowing flexibility for various working needs—from small group discussions to important meetings with partners.
The Large Meeting Room is designed in a modern style with a generous capacity, suitable for large internal meetings and seminars. The combination of wood and green tones, along with accent color walls, creates a professional and formal atmosphere.
The Small Meeting Room is intended for project teams of 4–6 people for quick meetings. Its compact design ensures privacy and full functionality, making it ideal for daily teamwork and internal discussions.
4. Director Room
The Director Room features wood-based furniture as the main material, combined with premium leather seating, expressing leadership, authority, and a strong guiding spirit.
Warm lighting, built-in display cabinets, and large decorative artwork help create a balanced and elegant space. In addition to the main work desk, the room also includes a relaxation chair and a small table for private meetings or quick discussions.
