The La Vie Office project by ICADVietnam brings to life the brand identity of La Vie – a name deeply familiar to Vietnamese consumers, symbolizing purity and the soft flow of natural springs. With a total area of 320m², ICADVietnam transformed the entire space into an Eco Office, where greenery, light, and organic forms create a refreshing and inspiring workplace.
Reception Area
At the reception, the curved counter reflects the softness of flowing water, blending seamlessly into the office’s overall concept. The Nestlé and La Vie logos stand out against a gray stone-textured wall, highlighted by a system of LED lighting that enhances brand recognition.
Minimalist yet elegant, the waiting area is neatly arranged to provide comfort for visitors and business partners. The curved design language extends from the reception into the workspace, with circular furniture shapes and a dominant white tone. Natural light from large glass windows overlooking Xa Dan Lake merges with carefully integrated artificial lighting, creating an atmosphere of purity that echoes the La Vie brand spirit.
Working Area
The main La Vie Office working area is designed with the Eco Office philosophy, achieving balance between nature and modern workplace functionality. Inspired by La Vie’s brand symbol—the gentle and pure spring—ICADVietnam created an open, spacious environment filled with greenery.
The centerpiece is a “green island” with flowing curves, representing the soft movement of water. Around it, workstations are arranged in a logical layout, complemented by frosted glass partitions that offer privacy while maintaining connectivity. Plants are carefully integrated into desks, partitions, and relaxation corners, ensuring freshness and energy throughout the space.
Large windows maximize natural light, while adjustable blinds help regulate brightness. Furniture in white and light wood tones pairs with black mesh chairs, giving the office a professional yet comfortable atmosphere.
Meeting Room
The meeting room at the La Vie Office combines openness with privacy. Transparent glass walls adorned with brand logos add a touch of elegance while keeping the connection with the surrounding workspace.
A long light-wood meeting table and premium black mesh chairs ensure comfort during long sessions. The room is also equipped with a large display screen, supporting presentations and online meetings efficiently.
Pantry
The pantry area is designed for relaxation and social interaction. Small round tables with wooden-leg chairs in soft gray and vibrant orange tones create a youthful yet cozy setting.
Pendant lights with warm yellow illumination add to the relaxed atmosphere. At the far end, a grid-style storage shelf allows employees to keep personal items or tools for coffee and tea preparation, making the space both functional and inviting.
