FPT TELECOM DA NANG OFFICE
Designed by ICADVietnam, the FPT Telecom Da Nang Office spans a total area of 1,700 square meters across four floors of the Da Nang Data Center Building. We created a workplace that clearly reflects two core spirits of FPT people — Innovation and Teamwork & Connection — while also integrating the cultural and natural identity of the coastal city of Da Nang.
Each floor tells its own story, creating a flexible and inspiring journey for employees at FPT Telecom Da Nang.
Floor 1 – A Gentle Welcome Through Fluid Curves
As the first point of contact in exploring the culture inside the FPT Telecom Da Nang office, Floor 1 features FPT’s signature orange as the dominant color throughout the space.
The design is inspired by the long, winding coastline of Da Nang, translated into organic, free-flowing curves in the reception area, front desk, and waiting seating. These soft forms also appear across ceilings, walls, floors, and workstation partitions, helping soften rigid architectural lines and offering a gentle yet impressive welcome to visitors and staff alike.
Floor 2 – Harmonious Landscapes of Da Nang’s Nature
On Floor 2, the imagery of Da Nang’s mountains and islands is expressed through bold, angular, and fragmented geometric forms, applied creatively across ceilings, lighting systems, tabletops, and partitions.
This design language reflects the solid and resilient foundation of FPT people, while also conveying flexibility, freedom, and openness in mindset. The organic design concept is further emphasized through FPT’s signature green tones, helping blur the boundary between office concrete structures and Da Nang’s natural environment, thereby promoting employee well-being.
Floor 3 – Ocean Creativity and the Aspiration of Full Sails
Inspired by the sea, boats, and wind-filled sails, Floor 3 delivers a dynamic and aspirational atmosphere.
Sharp and curved structural forms — symbolizing sailing vessels — are arranged in a continuous directional flow, creating a powerful visual effect of an FPT Telecom fleet cutting through waves and heading toward the open sea. Meanwhile, brand blue is consistently applied across the Breakout Space and Open Working Area, shaping an open, energetic workplace that breaks rigid norms and encourages creativity and innovation.
Floor 4 – Connection and Productivity Through the Rhythm of the Harbor
Drawing inspiration from the constant movement and connectivity of Da Nang Port, Floor 4 adopts an Industrial Office concept, transforming the space into a “creative factory” within the FPT Telecom Da Nang office.
The Collaborative Space near the entrance is filled with natural light and features container and crane-inspired elements, creating an engaging environment that connects employees at the start of each workday.
The Working Area incorporates metallic materials and strong geometric structures, expressing durability and a fearless, hands-on working spirit, while FPT’s signature orange energizes the space and stimulates creativity.
In addition, the Large Meeting Room is designed with a refined, professional aesthetic, using neutral color palettes, tempered glass, and sound-absorbing wooden walls to ensure both visual appeal and functional acoustic performance.
