The Charth store projects in Belo Horizonte and São Paulo, developed by Two Arquitetura in 2022, emerged from a singular brief: to create spaces that would serve as true brand extensions, environments where every detail functions as a stage for contemporary consumer experience, offering both retail points and platforms for digital expression.
Two Arquitetura developed an elaborate and intensely textured aesthetic, with careful use of shimmer, pink tones, and noble materials that speak directly to the brand's DNA. The creative process began with haute couture references but evolved into a more playful and contemporary language. The result is an architecture that can be described as elegantly elaborate, where every surface tells a story and each environment invites discovery.
In the Belo Horizonte unit, spanning 134 square meters, Two worked with a high-ceiling space. The architectural challenge, a floor level change, was cleverly incorporated into the design, giving rise to an elevated seating area that became one of the environment's focal points. Beneath an imposing chandelier displaying the brand logo, a strategically positioned sofa creates a moment of visual impact.
The São Paulo unit, located in the sophisticated Cidade Jardim Shopping, with its 118 square meters distributed across integrated spaces, maintains the same aesthetic language adapted to more intimate proportions. Here, Two demonstrates its mastery in creating visual and conceptual continuity, proving that brand identity can be translated across different scales without losing power or coherence.
The project's conceptual heart is a translucent acrylic bar with pink stone details, its base entirely wrapped in noble fabrics. More than a functional element, this bar represents a poetic narrative: inspired by the owner's personal collection - dolls wearing miniature versions of the brand's creations - the space was conceived as a place where reality and fantasy meet. The specially developed lighting system allows the acrylic to acquire pink tones when activated, creating distinct atmospheres throughout the day.
The fitting rooms were treated as spaces of absolute comfort, with high-pile carpets, walls upholstered in selected fabrics, and heavy curtains that create complete intimacy. The lighting design of these spaces is technically flawless: illumination was calculated to ensure colors are perceived with absolute fidelity, reproducing natural light conditions and ensuring the fitting experience is perfect.
The project's materiality reveals Two Arquitetura's characteristic attention to detail. Light stone floors offer elegant neutrality, allowing the brand's colorful creations to be the true protagonists. White lacquered woods, custom-made upholstery, and generous use of noble fabrics create an atmosphere of tactile and visual luxury. The furniture, entirely developed to measure, harmoniously dialogues with each environment, from fur armchairs to curtains that punctuate the spaces.
The facade, with its art nouveau-inspired arches, gives striking personality to the exterior. Every architectural element was designed to create a complete sensory journey, from first glance to the intimate fitting room experience.
The Charth stores represent an exercise in translating brand identity into contemporary architectural language.
