The project developed by Two Arquitetura transformed this oceanfront residence into a true haven for sports and surfing enthusiasts. With 14 bedrooms distributed between the main house and two bungalows, the property was conceived to host and provide memorable experiences.
The heart of the intervention was the expansion of the existing winter garden, which became the gravitational center of the house, connecting all spaces through strategic openings. Two created a sequence of integrated areas — living room, home theater, and game room on the upper floor — where Italian furniture and a piano bring sophistication to the environment.
The gym was strategically positioned facing the ocean and pool, creating a direct dialogue with the natural landscape. The project adopted a boutique hotel concept, standardizing the bedrooms with synthetic fiber headboards by Nani Chinellato, where only the colors vary, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
The materiality reveals attention to detail: organic granite and Moledo stone flooring unify the spaces, while the bathrooms feature suspended gardens and skylights that function as natural lighting fixtures at night. The pool was completely renovated with granite cladding, complemented by a new spa area.
In the beach area, Two created an outdoor living space with built-in seating and a fire pit, establishing a privileged contemplation point overlooking the ocean. The result is an architecture that celebrates the coastal lifestyle, where each space was designed to maximize the connection with nature and provide absolute comfort.
