Designed by TWO Arquitetura in 2026, Apto C.G explores a contemporary language that balances functionality, warmth, and material identity within 158.5 sqm.
Conceived for a family of four with a dynamic routine, the project organizes the layout through the integration of social areas, creating a versatile environment for both everyday living and hosting. The living room, connected to the balcony, concentrates the main functions of the home and features a green lacquered shelving unit as its central element, adding character while organizing objects and family memories.
The palette combines shades of green with light surfaces, wood, and natural stone, resulting in a balanced and airy atmosphere. The kitchen follows the same approach, with a multifunctional island and flexible enclosure through sliding doors.
Targeted interventions in the original layout, such as the repositioning of the powder room and the integration of the balcony, enhance spatial flow and privacy. In the private areas, the spaces reflect different needs and profiles, with adaptable solutions and a more restrained approach in the master suite.
Lighting design relies on indirect and built-in solutions, reinforcing the project’s warm atmosphere and highlighting its materiality.
