Suyo's name is derived from a South American Indigenous word that also means homeland. The design pays homage to the chef-owner's vision to create a restaurant that links his traditional Peruvian heritage with a modern approach. Warm wood similar in tone to Brazilwood, concrete tones and textures reminiscent of Peruvian architecture alongside tropical greenery and stone come together to create a space that is both warm and approachable yet refined and elevated, much like the menu.
