SSE6 is a building owned by Comarch, a Polish multinational software house and systems integrator based in Kraków. It is located in the Cracow-Czyżyny Special Economic Zone. The building has a typical office structure with a modern Data Centre. Moreover, there is a technological laboratory with a production hall in which, it is possible to develop and prototype a new products and produce of low-serial modules and electronic devices based on modern technologies.
The investment started in 2013 and finished in June 2016. It has delivered about 11700 sq. m of office space. The administrative part is located on three floors around the staircase corpus in the central place. The office part, in turn, was designed as a two-level solid floating in the form of a bridge on the service part. The plans concerning the area in SSE6 were drawn up with an easy arrangement and free division of space. The access to both parts is possible by a main entrance hall. Furthermore, independent and dedicated staircases leads to each of them. The building also includes a group of conference halls.
The building was designed by Architecture Studio Jose Casquet in cooperation with Buro Happold.
