As part of the project low-energy house, the house is wood frame, a material that provides better insulation and follows the ecological debate now.

It is therefore natural to also find the wooden facade. The wood will be in harmony with the highly landscaped site. The cladding, as a double skin, is made of untreated douglas and only dresses R+1. The timber is placed in vertical slats separated by a few centimeters. The space of the slats varies openings to create a rhythm and vibration.

The house remains a town house and is in a mid-suburban landscape, half industrial. To maintain this impression, white coating is used for the base of the house.

Glass is also very present to make maximum use of natural light and allow a dialogue with the surrounding nature.
