The landscape design of this CASA 17 Hotel serves as both a shared recreational space and a transitional link between the east and west wings of the hotel facility. Anchored by a carefully composed hardscape, the layout is defined by a linear pool pavilion and pathways that respond fluidly to the site’s natural curves. A cool-toned gradient palette which is primarily in shades of sky and introduces a sense of calm and visual rhythm, balancing structured geometry with soft spatial transitions.
At the heart of the project area is a circular swimming pool, featuring integrated pool seating and a gradual entry path. These elements are articulated through a consistent design language that reinforces the project's modern, cohesive identity. Next to the pool, a dedicated lounge zone with the pool beds encourages residents to unwind in comfort. The hardscape and softscape work in tandem, guiding circulation while offering spatial clarity and visual interest throughout the space.
A key objective of the design is to enhance both shade and privacy through hardscape and strategic planning. Trees and green buffers are placed along the perimeter to filter sunlight, wind block and privacy to ensuring that the common area remains a tranquil and protected retreat. This deliberate use of landscape architecture goes beyond aesthetics, focusing on creating an immersive and supportive environment for residents to relax, interact, and enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity.
