Located in the dense urban fabric of Central Pattaya, this 23-storey residential tower explores how vertical architecture can coexist respectfully within a low-rise, tightly knit community. The design responds to the scale and character of its context by embracing a language of lightness and integration rather than contrast. The architectural massing is intentionally compact, minimizing disruption while fostering visual permeability and openness.
A key feature of the project is its green façade, a vertical tapestry of shrubs and climbing plants that wraps the structure with a living skin. More than an aesthetic gesture, the façade functions as an ecological buffer to reducing heat gain, filtering light, and softening the building’s presence within the neighborhood. This vertical landscape reflects the natural palette of Pattaya’s environment, offering residents a tranquil outlook while maintaining visual continuity with the surrounding urban greenery.
The rooftop is conceived as a Sky Beach, where clean architectural lines, open views, and minimalist hardscape converge to create a serene escape above the city. Designed for both relaxation and visual engagement, the space features shaded lounging zones, a swimming pool, and uninterrupted vistas toward Pattaya Beach. Together, the green façade and rooftop landscape exemplify a holistic approach to vertical living where architectural expression, landscape integration, and urban ecology are interwoven to redefine the high-rise as a green, community-conscious habitat.
