Situated on a prominent site in Vojvode Đurovića Street in Belgrade, this residential building is conceived as a freestanding urban structure that balances contemporary architectural expression with the established character of its surroundings. The project is organized around 38 modular residential units, with three underground parking levels and a landscaped cascading courtyard that forms a protected green oasis within the parcel.
The architectural concept is driven by a disciplined composition of volumes, where carefully proportioned solid and void relationships establish rhythm, lightness, and visual hierarchy. A recessed top floor reduces the perceived building mass, while sequentially grouped façade elements create depth and refinement. The façade combines three technically different yet visually consistent finishing materials, reinforcing a coherent architectural identity through subtle variation in texture and color.
The building has a total gross floor area of 5,240.04 m² (56,404 sq ft) and was designed in accordance with contemporary standards of energy efficiency, accessibility, fire safety, and long-term residential functionality. Positioned centrally within the site, it maximizes daylight, privacy, and landscape integration while responding precisely to the urban planning parameters governing the location.
