Located on Kneza Miloša Street in central Belgrade, this mixed-use project combines the reconstruction and extension of a historic building with a contemporary architectural addition. The design preserves the identity of the existing structure while introducing new residential and commercial functions that respond to the evolving character of one of the city's most prominent urban corridors.
Organized as 3 underground levels, a semi-basement, ground floor, and five upper floors (3Po+Su+Pr+5), the building accommodates 6 commercial spaces, 17 business apartments, and 18 residential units. The architectural composition reinforces the established street frontage, emphasizes the corner condition, and integrates landscaped open spaces and an internal atrium to improve the quality of the urban environment.
Three underground garage levels, accessed via a combination of ramps and vehicle lifts, keep parking below grade and preserve an active pedestrian streetscape. The project demonstrates how adaptive reuse and contemporary architecture can coexist, strengthening the historical continuity of Kneza Miloša while creating a modern mixed-use destination.
