Located on a prominent corner parcel in Belgrade's Vračar district, this mixed-use residential building is conceived as a contemporary addition to an established urban block. The project responds to the surrounding context by reinforcing the existing street frontage while creating a clear relationship between the public realm, residential program, and landscaped interior open space.
The building is organized as three underground levels, a ground floor, and seven residential floors (3Po+Pr+7). The program combines 17 residential units with two commercial spaces at street level, activating both Radivoja Koraća and Vojvode Šupljikca streets while maintaining a clear separation between residential and commercial circulation. Three independent pedestrian entrances improve accessibility and strengthen the building's relationship with the surrounding public space.
The architectural strategy is defined by carefully positioned building lines established by the detailed regulation plan. While respecting the prescribed urban framework, the building mass is sculpted to create generous terraces on the upper floor, incorporating extensive landscaped areas that extend residential living outdoors and soften the overall building volume.
Vehicle access is resolved through an integrated car-lift system serving three underground parking levels, eliminating the need for conventional access ramps and preserving the continuity of the pedestrian streetscape. Designed in accordance with contemporary standards for accessibility, energy efficiency, and fire safety, the project balances compact urban density with high-quality residential environments, landscaped open spaces, and an active street presence.
