From our first meeting with Dan Best, CEO of Therefor Group, we discovered a shared philosophy—organisations thrive when people are placed at the centre. Recognising that their team is the lifeblood of their operation, our integrated workplace strategy and design approach provided the framework to create a workspace that authentically embodied their vision.
Design Approach
In partnership with Therefor Group and design collaborator Hot Black, we developed a workspace that masterfully balances functionality with distinctive identity. The design embraces an open, adaptable environment that accommodates diverse working styles while encouraging natural collaboration flows. Our commitment to sustainability is evident in carefully selected materials and thoughtfully repurposed furniture, delivering a refined aesthetic with environmental responsibility.
Biophilic elements feature prominently throughout the space—lush plantings, abundant natural light, and strategic acoustic treatments combine to nurture employee wellbeing. State-of-the-art technology integration elevates workplace efficiency with seamless video conferencing capabilities and intuitive connectivity, creating a truly hybrid-ready environment.
The spatial organisation supports a dynamic work culture through purposeful zoning. Collaborative hubs and informal breakout areas foster spontaneous interaction, while dedicated workstations and strategically positioned meeting rooms provide structure for focused work. A curated palette of textures and finishes reinforces Therefor Group's brand identity, creating a space that feels both welcoming and distinctively theirs.
