New Pasig City Hall
Rooted in the philosophies of Nature is Peace, Man is Nature, and the Variety of the World, the New Pasig City Hall is conceived as a civic landscape, an environment shaped by movement, access, and shared space. Governance and daily life meet within an open, continuous system.
Guided by Modern Filipino Architecture, the complex embraces permeability. Spaces breathe, connect, and welcome. Boundaries remain open to light, wind, and community, forming a maaliwalas environment grounded in openness and collaboration.
Spatial generosity defines the experience. Plazas extend the ground, interiors open to courtyards, and green spaces are woven throughout. Circulation becomes experience. Access becomes a civic constant.
Located over a kilometer from the West Valley Fault, resilience is carried as responsibility. Base isolators allow the structure to move with the earth, while elevated grounds and open spaces support preparedness and continuity.
The New Pasig City Hall stands as a civic environment shaped by permeability, resilience, and humanity, built for the many, and for the future they shape.
