The project is based on a morphological study of the alpine site. The objective is to create a building whose form integrates with the existing topography, following the natural lines of force and the orientations of the terrain. The horizontal layout reflects the continuity of the land and the presence of living things, while offering a clear dialogue between the built volume and the landscape.
The interpretation of the site guides the choices of volumes and placement. The masses are organized to follow the slope and the geometry of the strata, creating a balance between architectural presence and integration with the site. The interior space is designed to extend this logic, articulating circulation and uses according to the topography.
The structural materials prioritize exposed concrete for mass and strength. Steel is used in secondary structures and for connections, ensuring the stability of the spans and construction precision. Glass is introduced to frame views of the landscape and establish a visual connection with the site, without disrupting the volumetric coherence.
The entire project offers an interpretation of the terrain and its dynamics, in which volume, structure and materials are articulated with alpine morphology and the lines of life.
