The type of construction creates references to the surroundings and defines a transition between the larger volumes to the west and the adjacent single-family house structures to the east.
The structuring of the building volumes with the centrally located staircase further reduces the effect of the volumes. The distances to the street are staggered in order to slightly offset the buildings from one another and thus create differentiated spaces in between.
With regard to the construction of owner-occupied properties, all apartments are oriented southeast or southwest and can also be designed with a view of the Steinerne Meer, depending on the floor plan solution.
To reduce construction costs, a compact underground garage with natural ventilation is being designed. The open areas are designed as green facades.
