The high quality of the residential building from the 1960s will be preserved through sensitive renovation measures and raised to a contemporary energy standard.
Characteristic features of the building, such as reliefs and parapet elements made of prefabricated concrete elements, are thus being restored to preserve the integral expression of the façade.
The tubular railings of the balcony elements on the south façade were also renewed, taking into account a sensitive approach to the existing building and the applicable building regulations.
Consideration of specific aspects led to an overall architectural solution with an economically viable renovation concept.
