The structuring and scale are convincingly solved. The programmatic idea of creating a sociological mediation between different building typologies, including their uses and users, is a beautiful one. The complexity of the topography was also solved very clearly and simply with the proposed development. The virtuoso handling of the volumetry of the individual buildings was rated positively by the jury. The division of the multi-storey residential building into two apartments each, connected by a bridge, is an excellent solution. It will be interesting to see a revised solution for the intermediate space of the multi-storey residential building; in any case, this spatial quality should also have a possible future use. The hard edge of the site, formed by the plinth zones of the semi-detached and detached houses, offers no spatial quality. The quality of the flowing intermediate space must not be lost in the further revision, although possibilities for densification should be identified that do not have a negative impact on the well-resolved shading situation.
