The new building in passive house standard comprises 18 residential units over five floors as well as an underground garage with 38 parking spaces. The green roof areas of the underground garage will be used as attractive outdoor areas by the residents in future.
The sloping west façade on the top floors ensures optimum use of the plot area in relation to the statutory minimum distances. The apartments are accessed via a compact central staircase, which makes efficient use of space.
