SAND DUNE RETREAT
“SAND DUNE RETREAT” is the heart of the Ninh Phước Resort project—a defining highlight of contemporary resort architecture along Ninh Phước Bay. Guided by the philosophy “Nature shapes the architecture,” the pavilion is conceived as an organic sculpture where the boundary between humans and the native ecosystem is nearly dissolved.
Beneath a soaring bamboo structural roof and layers of natural thatch (guột leaves), the project reinterprets raw materials such as bamboo, thatch, natural stone, and textured plaster through a fluid architectural language. The program is consolidated into a single open volume, where Reception – Dining – Wellness functions are seamlessly integrated while maximizing natural ventilation to minimize carbon footprint.
Every detail, from the handcrafted stone bar to the private treatment spaces, is designed with a singular purpose: healing Body – Mind – Spirit. SAND DUNE RETREAT is not just a destination, but a symbol of sustainable architecture—where the building breathes with the ocean and becomes a living legacy for the future.

1. Ground Floor: Reception & Lounge
Boutique Welcome & Concierge: Fully open space under a high bamboo roof, enhancing natural airflow.
The Signature Bar & Mini Lounge: Anchored by a monolithic stone bar with intimate ocean-facing seating.
Compact Kitchen & Service Area: Serving organic/wellness snacks and beverages.
Restrooms & back-of-house facilities.
2. Mezzanine Level: Body – Mind – Spirit Wellness
VIP Wellness Treatment Rooms (03 units): Each room features a private bath/steam cocoon with rammed-earth acoustic walls.
Zen & Yoga Deck (multi-purpose): Outdoor timber platform under a thatched roof, convertible into a meditation space in the evening.
Post-treatment Relaxation Area: Offering panoramic views over Ninh Phước Bay.
