Location: United Arab Emirates
Firm: Algedra
Program: Multi-Residential
Status: Completed Design
This seven-story residential building designed by Algedra introduces a dynamic expression of modern architecture shaped through rhythm and curvature. The façade is composed of sweeping horizontal bands that extend across the structure, forming continuous balconies that unify the elevation while providing depth and shade.
Each level is carefully articulated to produce a visual dialogue between transparency and opacity. The use of glass balustrades and recessed structural elements allows natural light to define the building’s form throughout the day. The curved edges of the balconies soften the building’s massing, creating fluid transitions between private and communal spaces.
The ground floor opens toward landscaped surroundings, featuring water elements and a reflective entrance walkway that visually connects the architecture with its setting. The integration of outdoor terraces on every level extends interior spaces outward, encouraging a lifestyle immersed in natural light and open air.
Through this project, Algedra demonstrates a balance between sculptural design and residential comfort—an architectural composition that enriches both skyline and street view.
