On Pearl Jumeira, the exclusive gated peninsula of Dubai, the Pearl Jumeira French Classic Palace our team conceptualized rises in the French classical manner, its château silhouette held to strict symmetry across a broad frontage. A central entrance tower lifts between matched pavilion wings, the whole composition drawn in crisp white render and pale stone.
Steep hipped roofs in dark charcoal tile crown the central tower and each corner pavilion, their pitched planes giving the palace a European weight above the classical body below. A low roof lantern sits at the centre of the main pitch, and the tiled hips set the French note that separates the design from the flat-roofed classicism common across the region.
The entrance carries the grandest gesture. A double-height round-arched portal opens the middle of the facade, recessed behind a coffered arch soffit and framing a tall glazed screen of slim steel bars, with timber-and-glass doors at its base and a warm-lit hall beyond. Colossal fluted pilasters rise the full height of the elevation to either side, organizing the bays in a strong vertical rhythm and answering the arch with classical order. Arched-head windows flank the portal at ground level, echoing the main arch at domestic scale, while tall rectangular windows stand above in matched pairs, each set in slim dark frames with fine muntins. Textured stone panels fill the spandrels within the arch, a single point of rusticated surface against the smooth render around it.
At dusk, warm facade uplighting washes the pilasters and cornices from below, the arched hall glows from within, and the hipped roofs read as dark crowns against the evening sky. A formal forecourt of paved stone carries the approach, clipped topiary set in matched pairs and a solitary palm marking the entrance, with a rendered boundary wall of recessed panels closing the composition. Crisp in its detail and crowned so that every pavilion answers to the tower at its centre, the palace reads as architecture of full palace grade — symmetrical in plan, classical in its orders, and rich in château presence.
