In Al Barsha, one of the established villa districts of Dubai, the Al Barsha Contemporary Classic Villa our team conceptualized brings New Classic composure to a clean, upright silhouette. The frontal composition holds calm symmetry, a central entrance bay rising between matched glazed wings, the whole drawn in crisp white render and pale stone.
Tall fluted pilasters frame the centre of the elevation, their vertical shafts carrying the eye upward to a moulded cornice. A recessed arched niche sits above the door, holding a circular medallion and a cove of warm light that softens the recess and gives the entrance its focal glow. An arched door of black metal and glass, worked with a fine decorative screen, opens at the base up a short flight of steps flanked by clipped topiary.
Full-height glazing in slim black frames runs two storeys to either side of the entrance, drawing daylight deep into the plan and turning the wings to sheets of dark glass against the pale masonry. Moulded panels and pilaster shafts lend the render a subtle relief, the surface staying smooth and restrained. A set-back upper block rises behind the main parapet, stacking the massing into a stepped, vertical silhouette and giving the villa its tower-like poise, while flat rooflines with deep cornices cap each level and hold the composition crisp and squared.
At dusk, warm cove and uplighting wash the pilasters, cornices and window reveals from below, so the white facade glows against the blue evening and the medallion reads as a lit centre. A white rendered boundary wall closes the plot, threaded with a wrought-iron pedestrian gate and a slatted metal main gate, mature palms rising behind, with a covered garage to one side and the forecourt staged for arrival. Pared back to clean lines and lit to model every reveal, the villa reads as contemporary classic architecture of quiet confidence — symmetrical in plan, vertical in stance, and balanced so that pilaster, arch and glass hold in steady measure.
